Red Cloud's Local Volunteers:
Creating Positive Change at Home on Pine Ridge

Red Cloud simply couldn’t function without the talent, passion and courage of its volunteers. They serve as teachers, mentors and counselors—even bus drivers—to ensure our students receive the best possible education. And while many of our volunteers come to Red Cloud from cities as far as Boston, Minneapolis and Denver, some of our amazing volunteers are from right here in Pine Ridge.
In this video, three of our local volunteers — including two Red Cloud graduates! — share why serving as AmeriCorps members inspires them to create lasting, positive change at home on the reservation.
