Sacred Stories

Instructor: Jessica Keating

This year long Sophomore class will explore how to read, understand and live sacred stories for the spiritual growth of the students. The course will explore many different sacred stories within the Christian (specifically Catholic) and Lakota traditions.

While students will learn about Christian and Lakota stories, the most important learning will be about who the student is as a person.

Thematic questions which guide this course are, What is a story, What is the sacred, How do we apply sacred stories to our own lives so we can become a living, sacred story?
