Your Will/Living Trust
After providing for your loved ones, a provision in your Will or Trust to leave a gift to Red Cloud Indian School will give you a great deal of satisfaction, knowing that your future gift will help Red Cloud students for generations to come. Gifts through Wills or Trusts are popular because they are both easy to arrange and can be changed at any time. Charitable bequests can include cash, securities, real estate, or other property, and may be identified specifically, as a percentage or your entire estate, or that part of your estate that remains after specific bequests.

Estate Tax Savings
Your charitable bequest to Red Cloud in any form, is free from Federal estate tax and may significantly reduce taxes assessed against your estate. This means that Red Cloud will be able to use the full amount of the gift, where gifts to others may be substantially reduced by taxes imposed.

1. Outright gift of a specific sum of money: "I give to Red Cloud Indian, Inc. the sum of $_______."
2. Outright gift of a share of residuary estate (i.e. after payment of all debts, expenses and other legacies): "I give, devise and bequeath to Red Cloud Indian School, Inc. all (or a percentage) of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate."
